Subject	Hard to start and strong fuel smell

Message	These are my 2 most obvious symptoms. The car is hard to start(requires atleast 10 seconds of cranking) and there is a strong fuel smell immediately after it starts. It will idle rough for about 30 seconds then evens out and the fuel smell goes away. Smells like its dumping raw fuel into the exhaust The motor has decent compression with no major boost leaks, 740cc nismos with injector adapter kit, SZ chip, dual POP dual MAF with 2nd MAF to my AFC.
